When you have a question concerning Translator and an e-mail just won't do, you can call us anytime (800-877-6377, US only, 320-235-9798). Most of the time someone is in the office, even at night. Personal help, musician to musician, immediately, is only available with Translator. Our new (expensive) phone system that insures that you will not get interrupted - your conversation with a technician will not be interrupted for other callers. Your satisfaction, and our service, is of utmost importance.

Translator comes with a full-featured printed manual that goes beyond translations - it covers the completely history of many formats and educates you on their outlay, architecture, and design. Even if you don't have that particular sampler, you still may want to convert those files, and thus you will likely need some information on that format.

Translator PC comes with a fully searchable HTML Help file - incredibly easy to use. Translator Mac comes with a PDF of this same manual, and also it's own manual.
