ON-LINE ORDERING POLICIES
We require on all orders that every blank on the order form be filled out. If not, your order may not be processed. However, we will likely attempt to contact you for the extra information we need.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All our products (except computer software, which is NOT refundable in any situation) and certain third-party products (contact us for details) are subject to a 30-day money back guarantee, subject to the terms listed below.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Prior to returning ANY product, you must obtain a RMA number from a Rubber Chicken Software representative. Your representative can help you if you qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee. Please supply the following information: customer name, date purchased, and nature of the problem.
  • Our products carry a product-for-product warranty.
  • Products qualifying for the 30-day money back guarantee MUST be received within the 30 days from original ship date. The product returned must be complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing materials, manuals, and all other accessories. Restocking fees will be applied if these conditions are not met.
  • Chicken Systems/RCS retains full authority on granting refunds and returns, and reserves the right to reject any refund or return offer.

PRICING
All prices and specifications are listed individually with each product. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices are U.S. dollars.

PHONE ORDERS
Will be quoted exact shipping and handling at the time the orders are placed, if possible. Faxed or mailed orders will be charged exact shipping without notice. Mailed or delivered orders which include check or money orders cannot be processed if adequate tax, shipping and handling are not included. All such orders will be returned. STANDARD SHIPPING & HANDLING
All Domestic orders carry a standard shipping and handling charge of $7.00. Depending on the item, we ship USPS (postal service) or UPS only. International order carry a shipping and handling charge of $10.00, and are always sent Postal Air Mail. International purchasers are subject to customs and duties required by their country.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We offer UPS Next-Day (morning), UPS Next-Day Air Saver (afternoon), 2nd Day Air, and 3-Day Select expedited services. We will deliver via other carriers if requested; please check with your customer representative. Destination and 3rd-party shipper numbers are also accepted under certain conditions.

INCORRECT ADDRESS SERVICE CHARGES
If you do not give us a correct address, you might be liable for a service charge. UPS will charge us if they find the need to correct an address. We will pass this on to you if it is applied; it is typically $10.00.
